Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet accommodation next to the beach. Our duplex has a double bed, full bathroom and living room on the first floor. On the upper floor, a bunk bed and bathroom with shower and two terraces, one overlooking the ocean with garden furniture to enjoy the pleasure of eating outside with a view. The other inside terrace serves as a solarium. Very close to the beach and to restaurants and supermarkets is an advantage. The property is a two-storey duplex with a spiral staircase. On the first floor we have the main room, the full bathroom with shower and the living room with the kitchen with a huge window to the sea and the [hidden] second floor we have a bunk bed and another bathroom with shower and on both sides two terraces, one inside which is the solarium and the outside overlooking the sea and the mountains with garden furniture to enjoy meals or sunsets. Parking outside the building is free, and there are plenty of parking areas. The covered parking lot in the main square is just 300 meters away and free of charge.
