Ideally located just a few steps from the seafront, this bright and spacious flat for four guests is an excellent base from which to explore the lively town of Sliema, Malta's capital Valletta and the neighbouring islands of Comino and Gozo. Nestled in the heart of Sliema, this first-floor flat (with lift) boasts two sunny balconies with impressive rooftop views.
Inside, the large open-plan living area is elegantly furnished with a marble-effect tiled floor, modern sofa, flat-screen TV and dining table with four chairs. This space also gives access to the terrace through large sliding glass doors and includes a stylish kitchen, equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and island with seating for two.

Location:
Sliema is a vibrant coastal town located on the northeastern coast of Malta, in the Mediterranean Sea. The town's picturesque seafront promenade, known as "The Strand," stretches along the coastline and provides beautiful views that can be enjoyed from its selection of bars, restaurants and cafes.
The town is renowned for its excellent shopping opportunities and its streets are lined with boutique shops, designer brands and department stores, a paradise for fashion enthusiasts and shopaholics.
From the harbour (a 15-minute walk), visitors can take a short ferry ride to the nearby islands of Comino and Gozo, famous for their pristine beaches and natural beauty, or visit Valletta, the capital city of Malta and home to a wealth of historical and cultural sites; including St. John's Co-Cathedral, the Grand Master's Palace, and numerous museums and art galleries.
Visitors can also walk from the harbour up the coast to St Julian's. Stop at Tigné Point on the footbridge and enjoy the view of Valletta on one side and open sea on the other. With its many rocky beaches, Sliema is a very pleasant place to stay and enjoy the calm of the sea and the natural pools.
With piercing blue skies and an average of twelve hours of sunshine in summer and five to six hours in mid-winter, Malta is an enjoyable destination at any time of the year.
Visitors will enjoy some of the clearest waters in the Mediterranean, lush green countryside, hiking and sightseeing, land and water sports and festivals.
Malta International Airport is the nearest airport and is about a 20-minute drive away. A damage deposit of 1000EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
