On the first floor, you'll find a lovely, bright, fully-equipped kitchen. It is complemented by a fireplace, the wood for which is provided by the owners. A dining room and living room complete the living space, with a table and 6 chairs, a convertible sofa and a large 110cm connected TV. A toilet. You'll be won over by the quality of the traditional local materials. After a few steps, you'll find a double bedroom (bed 140x190cm), work space, access to a large private terrace, decorative fireplace, closet. A bathroom with large shower and heated towel rail. A second double bedroom (bed 140cmx190cm), a closet, with a view of nature. Price includes bed linen, towels, heating and electricity. In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient park, you'll be won over by the environment and the quality of La Maison des Délices, located 200 m from the Dosches windmill, 6 km from the vélovoie, and at the gateway to Lac de Géraudot and its beach. Discover the historic medieval town of Troyes, with its factory outlets just 15 minutes away. La Maison des Délices comprises two apartments, so you can be sure of privacy during your stay. The owners provide bicycles of all sizes, €10/day/person with helmets. Baby seat €5, bike trailer €10. If you're a fisherman, you can easily park your boat in the gîte courtyard. For a relaxing break, a balneo spa is just 5 km from the Maison des Délices.
