This brand-new apartment available for short-term rental is just a short walk from all local amenities and arguably the most beautiful beaches on the Costa del Sol, Playa del Cristo and Playa de la Rada. The Estepona Town Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA's Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced from October 1, 2023 due to the severe water shortage caused by the drought. Unfortunately, this means that swimming pools must remain closed until further notice.
