Beautiful, spacious corner apartment located in the family-friendly urbanization of Puerto Alto, near the port of Estepona. The property is available year-round for short-term rentals and is the ideal place to relax and enjoy coastal living in southern Spain. The Estepona Town Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA's Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced from October 1, 2023 due to the severe water shortage caused by the drought. Unfortunately, this means that swimming pools must remain closed until further notice.
Just 50 m from the port of Estepona, which offers an excellent selection of restaurants. Within walking distance of all the necessary amenities; international restaurants with English menus, tapas bars, pharmacies, medical centers, supermarkets, stores and banks. The picturesque whitewashed old town with its beautiful Spanish-style squares is just a short stroll along the boulevard.
The peaceful residential development of Puerto Alto has 2 beautiful sandy beaches on its doorstep, Playa de la Rada and Playa del Cristo, a tranquil bay. Nearby is the picturesque seafront promenade dotted with fantastic fish restaurants.
Estepona is an attractive seaside resort and there are plenty of family-friendly outdoor activities in the area, including go-karting, cycling, golf, horse-riding, water sports and hiking. Very well connected to the A-7 coastal road and the AP-7 freeway. Just a few minutes' drive from Selwo Aventura, the open-air zebra and lion park. The ideal vacation pied-à-terre.
