For your holidays by the sea, Laforet Bandol is pleased to offer you this superb house with 3 bedrooms, terraces, swimming pool, air conditioning and wifi, pétanque court... A real quiet rental in a wooded and flowery setting, while being close to the port, beaches, shops and activities. The rental is ideally located 900m from the town of Plan du Castellet and shops and 6km from the sea and beaches. You can park your vehicles inside the property. The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the beautiful living room composed of the open kitchen with a dining area and the living room. The living room is air-conditioned. The house is new and has been beautifully decorated and furnished. For the sleeping area, you will find 3 bedrooms, the 1st on the ground floor and the other two upstairs. The two upstairs are air-conditioned and the one on the ground floor benefits from the air conditioning of the living room. You will find a shower room and toilet on the ground floor as well as a bathroom with bathtub and toilet upstairs. As for the exterior, you have access to a beautiful terrace equipped with table and chairs as well as garden furniture and 4 deckchairs. This space overlooks the 7m x 3m swimming pool. You will find a gas plancha and behind the house, a pétanque court. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded as you wish. The house is new and you have an internet box with wifi. The house is air-conditioned. The swimming pool is secured by a bar cover. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region, without having to touch their vehicles during the holidays. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Bandol pleasant memories. We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. For greater comfort, you have the option of choosing the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra. We ask for a deposit to be paid on arrival by check or in cash, it is not cashed and returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be asked for a resort or civil liability insurance certificate. No rental will be final without these documents. The Bandol estates are mostly in the commune of La Cadière and you can appreciate the magnificent landscapes in all seasons. We recommend the Saint Côme mill for the production of olive oil. We also recommend a walk to Mont Faron to enjoy the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the major markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
