With a surface area of 75m², this recently renovated flat is located on the 2nd floor (no lift), is composed of an entrance hall leading to a spacious and bright living room - dining room and its large TV, an adjacent equipped kitchen, a master suite (king-size bed) with TV and open shower room, a separate toilet on the one hand, and a double bedroom (double bed) with TV on the other hand as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.
