We offer, in Ruoms, this charming air-conditioned house of a surface of 130 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 54 m² with a fireplace, an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a bathroom.
The accommodation is composed as follows :
On the 1st floor
- A living room of 54 m² with TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and sofa
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A living room with dining area with furniture dating back to the Napoleon III period
On the mezzanine
- A space of 12 m² with a sofa bed for 2 persons
- A bathroom with bath, shower and double basin
On the 2nd floor
- Room 1 : a double room of 12 m² with a balcony overlooking the historic village, furnished with an old ardéchois wardrobe
- Room 2 : a 16 m² room with 2 twin beds and wardrobe
- A separate WC
Exterior :
- A terrace of 45 m² facing south with direct access from the kitchen/living room, fully tiled with hard barbecue, hood, outdoor living room, parasol and lighting ideal for eating cool.
- A separate toilet.
The house is ideally located in Ruoms, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from the proximity of
of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- The weekly markets are every Friday morning at the place Général de Gaulle
- Several hiking trails
- The Vinimage museum to discover the richness of the wines of Ardèche with animations and tastings
- The defiles of Ruoms (winding road sometimes dug in the rock, which follows the deep canyon of the banks of the river Ardèche between Ruoms and Largentière)
- The Saint-Pierre Church
- The Castle of Chaussy
- The old Ruoms route : a stroll near the old houses like the house known as the Baron near the west gate, the notary's house, the guards' house with its 15th century fresco, the house of Justice...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free near the accommodation.

- Nearest airport : Nîmes Alès Camargue Cévennes airport 107 km away (about 1 hour 47 minutes by car)
