The 220 m² vacation home Cas Motatxet is located in the town of
of Sencelles, in the center of Mallorca, one of Spain's sunny

will appreciate the picturesque Golf Park Mallorca Puntiro, a 12-minute (11 km)
from the house. The Sincelles region currently boasts 67 cycle paths
winding through the magnificent coastal and mountainous landscape.
Palma de Mallorca airport is 24 minutes (25 km) by car from the
