"La Boutame" is a comfortable 4-star chalet inaugurated in 2022 and located in Villard-Reculas en Oisans. At the foot of the slopes, at an altitude of 1,500 meters, the chalet offers 220 m2 of living space with underfloor heating. With a maximum capacity of 14 people, it has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large living room with panoramic views of the Alps, a fully-equipped kitchen, a 14-table dining area and a traditional sauna.
It's the ideal place to get together with friends or family and enjoy a superb ski area in a charming, unspoilt village. In summer, the chalet is the starting point for superb walks and mountain bike rides.
The chalet has 4 levels:
Level N from the road is the upper entrance level.

Level N-1 :
Les Rousses" master suite on mezzanine overlooking living room, king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm), bathroom with whirlpool bath, chromotherapy, HiFi sound system.
The "Reserve" is a storage area, including a cot and baby seat.
Level N-2: living room and balcony

Cathedral lounge with sofas and armchairs, 4K TV, Marshall Bluetooth speakers
Dining room with 14-top table, equipped for convivial meals (raclette and fondue machines)
Kitchen/bar: large, fully-equipped kitchen with two sinks, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and conventional ovens, bean-to-cup coffee machine, 83 cm wide cooktop with integrated hood and bridge for large dishes, 14° wine cellar. In the transparent binder on the bar: appliance and TV manuals to complement this booklet.
Storeroom at the back of the kitchen: household and laundry equipment (washing machine and tumble dryer), raclette and fondue machines, tablecloths, additional patio chairs, first-aid nursing kit
The wood-burning stove heats up very quickly. You can bake pizzas (grill under the ovens) or simmer in the upper compartment, which also houses a cast-iron casserole.
The "Galbert" area at the back of the living room can be isolated by a large curtain. If you've reserved it for sleeping (140 wide), the bench can be unfolded and equipped for the night. Otherwise, it's an ideal reading corner!
Level N-3 Garden level: 3 bedrooms + sauna
The large "PréGentil" and "Belledonne" double bedrooms open onto the south-facing terrace. Each has a queen-size double bed (160 x 200 cm) and an extra bed (retractable for Belledonne). Beds will be made up on arrival.
"La Muzelle" sleeps 4 in bunk beds; these three rooms have their own private bathroom and toilet.
L'Eau d'Olle" sauna is available, with an additional shower.

Rental includes the following services:

- Linen provided (towels, sheets, comforters, etc.), beds made up on arrival.
- Personalized check-out, with inventory of fixtures.
