You'll be able to take full advantage of the outdoor spaces: at the front of the house, a tiled terrace with an outdoor sink and a garden planted with trees, and at the back, a large enclosed plot with garden furniture, a recliner and a barbecue.
The cycle path is just around the corner, and the local shops of Pontaillac and Vaux-sur-Mer are just
1400 m away.
