In Sarlat-la-Canéda, this charming 47 m² flat with swimming pool can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 27 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and a 10 m² garden.

- A shared, heated 20m×10m swimming pool available from April to the end of September (opening dates non-contractual), fenced and secured with a key-operated gate.

- An unenclosed west-facing garden of approx. 10 m² with furniture for enjoying the sunny days.
