We offer this charming 130 m² air-conditioned house with sea view and swimming pool for rent in La Turbie, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises an attractive 45 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a separate fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and a bathroom.

The accommodation is composed as follows :
Day area :
- A 45 m² living room with TV, a stove available from September (first flambé provided), a sitting area and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

Night area :
- Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 : One queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 4 : Double sofa bed with en-suite shower room and WC.
The property offers the following additional facilities:barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior :
- A private, heated 3.20 m x 6.50 m swimming pool, open on request from early June to late September on the second floor (opening dates non-contractual).
- A beautiful enclosed garden of approx. 300 m² with terraces.

The house is ideally located in La Turbie, in a privileged, peaceful setting. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
Activities :
- 20-minute walk to the village of La Turbie (the first part is very steep, but the rest is flat).
- 20 mn drive to Monaco, Nice and Italy.
- 3 mn from the freeway for quick access to Nice, Monaco and Italy airports.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (3 vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
- Nearest train station : Cap d'Ail train station (10 km)
- Nearest airport : Nice Côte d'Azur airport (26 km)

- It is strictly forbidden to walk or sit on the pool's two outside coping stones. It is the responsibility of an adult to ensure that this is respected at all times.
- The hirer undertakes to comply strictly with the above two points.
- Pool opening dates are non-binding.
