Magnificent apartment IN THE CENTER OF LA PINEDA. It's ideal for a great family vacation, with all amenities and the beach right on your doorstep. The apartment sleeps 5 and has a LARGE TERRACE to enjoy family breakfasts or dinners with a good wine. Ideally located, it's the perfect place to spend an unforgettable vacation. The apartment is part of the EUROPEOS residential complex, close to the beach (2-minute walk), the Aquopolis water park, Port Aventura and the bus stop (150 meters).
The apartment measures 65 meters and comprises:
-1 bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe (sleeps 2)
-1 bedroom with 1 pull-out bed and closet (2 people)
- Living room with sofa bed (1 child), air-conditioning, table and chairs. From the living room, access to a large terrace where you can eat and relax.
- Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge, toaster, complete cutlery and crockery, etc.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Internet/wifi optional.
- Ample parking in front of the residence.

In La Pineda, you won't be disappointed, as it has a lot to offer in summer.Without a doubt, La Pineda's main attraction is its large beach of fine golden sand, which makes it particularly popular for family tourism, but not only.In La Pineda, you'll find the Aquopolis water park (water park with giant slides, swimming pools, marine wildlife shows and restaurants). The Lumine Beach Club, located just a few meters from the seafront, has several pools to try out, a wide range of gastronomic delights and a [hidden] Costa Daurada is a certified Family Tourism Destination. So adults and children alike can enjoy an unforgettable experience strolling along our 9 beaches or enjoying our gastronomic offer, among many other interesting activities.
House rules:
1º We are available to answer any questions you may have, so that you can have a pleasant stay.
2º The apartment is rented with bed linen, towels are optional for a fee (4 € pax).
3º Entrance from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 11:00 to 20:00) at other times, keys will be collected from a code safe in our office in Salou.
Check-in time: from 4:30 pm (if a guest is leaving on that day, otherwise he/she can check in from 11:00 am).
Check-out time: no later than 11 a.m.
4º When you leave, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it; the kitchen must be left in its place.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of guests and to sign the contract.
7° Tourist tax: €1 per person per night (only the first 7 nights are paid).
8e. Wi-Fi is optional for payment (€5 per day).
