To reserve this property, we require a minimum age of at least 1 person aged 25 or over and acceptance of all house rules.
Señora de Aloha is a well-maintained, high-level complex and a quiet family community where you can come to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It's not suitable for youth groups or guests looking for a party. It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests must respect neighbors and neighboring homes. Parties are not allowed, nor is playing music or making noise at inappropriate volumes, and quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
But for relaxed guests who want to book this beautiful open-plan two-bedroom apartment which has a large terrace and a combined kitchen and living room. It's spread over two floors, with the master bedroom downstairs with its double bed, en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobe and terrace. The second bedroom is also on the second floor, with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The new kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Connected to the kitchen, you have the living room with a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi connection, a dining table that seats 4 and access to the terrace. On the terrace, you'll find another dining table and a lounge group.
Nueva Andalucía and Puerto Banus are just around the corner from this apartment. Restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance, and cabs and buses are right outside the door. A large supermarket (Mercadona) is just 200 meters from the building. The apartment has beautiful views and the complex has a concierge, security cameras, a swimming pool and children's pools, parking in the garage with an elevator leading to the front door.
