To reserve this property, we require a minimum age of at least 1 person aged 25 or over and acceptance of all house rules.



Azahara is a well-maintained, high-level complex and a quiet, family-friendly community in which to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It is not suitable for youth groups or guests wishing to party. It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests are expected to respect neighbors and neighboring homes. Parties are not allowed, nor is playing music or making noise at inappropriate volumes, and quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.

But for relaxed guests who want to book this charming, comfortable apartment in the Aloha neighborhood with great views and within walking distance of amenities. Ideal for singles/couples/small families with one child (the second bedroom is small with only a single bed) who are looking for a relaxing vacation in a pleasant, safe neighborhood. It has all the amenities of a vacation home and can be rented on a monthly basis.

The urbanization is family-friendly, with a large saltwater swimming pool and well-kept communal gardens. Deckchairs and parasols are provided by the community. It is gated and has parking included for one car under the roof. Restaurants and other amenities are only a few minutes' walk away, but Puerto Banus' nearest beach or its center is a 5-6 minute drive from this apartment by car. There's a bus stop right in front, on the street leading down to Puerto Banus.

Not ideal for people with reduced mobility as it's on the second floor with no elevator.



Check-in after 9pm will be organized as an automatic check-in.
