To reserve this property, we require a minimum age of at least 1 person aged 29 or over and acceptance of all house rules.
Sol y Paz is a well-maintained, high-level complex and a quiet family community where you can come to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It's not suitable for youth groups or guests looking for a party. It's a beautiful, peaceful place where all guests must respect neighbors and neighboring homes. Parties are not allowed, nor is playing music or making noise at inappropriate volumes, and quiet hours to respect the neighborhood are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
But for relaxed guests who want to book this comfortable southwest-facing apartment with an excellent location and a short walk to all amenities around and to the beach.
As you enter, you have the open-plan living room with fully equipped kitchen. On to the spacious terrace where you'll find dining table, BBQ and a lounge group for relaxing.
There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and their own bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a sofa bed which is only recommended and usable for children or teenagers. In total, this apartment has beds for 8 people in 3 bedrooms.
As it is located on the first floor, you can directly access the communal garden and from there the communal swimming pool. It's a great option for families looking for a comfortable, convenient vacation spot in the heart of Marbella.
There is street parking in front of the door where guests can park. From this apartment, you can easily walk to Puerto Banus where you'll find the beautiful beach, stores, harbor and restaurants.
Check-in after 9pm will be arranged as an automatic check-in.
