Our house 'Estiu Beach House' is an old fisherman's house located in front of the sea, on the shore of the Bay of Pollensa, in a quiet area just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful town of Alcudia, where you can enjoy its history, the Roman ruins, walls, its craft market, as well as the extensive Mallorcan gastronomy of its bars and restaurants. The house distributed on a single floor, has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned living-dining room and an excellent terrace with direct access to the beach.

You can also visit Formentor beach with its spectacular lighthouse, with incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea. The city of Alcudia is known for its spectacular wall and a traditional market where you can buy fruits and vegetables.
