During your break in Anjou, you'll be 30 minutes from Angers, 1h15 from Rennes and Nantes. This 4-bedroom family vacation home sleeps 8 on two levels:
First floor: air-conditioned veranda overlooking the garden with spa, fully-equipped kitchen/diner, large living room with pool table, pellet stove and TV, first bedroom with 140x190cm bed, bathroom with large walk-in shower and double basin, separate toilet.
Upstairs, three bedrooms, each with 1 bed 140x190cm (room sizes at 1m80 height: 9m², 7m², 12m²). The largest bedroom gives access to an east-facing balcony terrace with lounge and hanging chair. The 17m² mezzanine offers plenty of play space for the little ones. A second bathroom with shower, double basin and toilet is located upstairs.
The 480m² wooded garden promises moments of relaxation. With friends or family... Also ideal for professionals, with TV in every room and lockable doors. An adjoining 7-person gîte with swimming pool will open in July 2024. Rent the 2 gîtes for up to 15 people!
[A DECOUVRIR] The Mine Bleue site, 20 minutes away, takes you back to the days of the miners, 126m underground. Travel along the Mayenne river to the pretty villages of Grez Neuville, Le Lion d'Angers, Pruillé, Montreuil-Juigné and their seasonal guinguettes. Visit the Château du Plessis-Macé 20 minutes away, the Château de la Lorie in Segré 10 minutes away, and the Parc National de l'Isle Briand 13 minutes away. Hiking trails depart from the gîte.
