LARGE HOUSE WITH SWIMMING POOL TAVIRA (near Faro and beaches)
Exceptional location in the historic center of the pretty town of Tavira and its beaches (30 minutes from Faro airport and 10 minutes walk from the pier for the beach).
Quiet and bright house on the ground floor on a large garden with orange tree, banana tree, papaya tree etc and a large above ground swimming pool.
The bay windows open onto the large covered terrace, offering a dining area, a summer lounge and a table tennis room. The tastefully decorated living room serves two sleeping areas. On one side a large air-conditioned bedroom (twin beds) and a small bedroom (single bed), with their bathrooms. On the other, two air-conditioned bedrooms (a 140 bed and two twin beds) opening onto a private patio, with another bathroom. Very neat decoration and total comfort LV, TV, microwave etc.
In Tavira, an extremely sought-after gastronomic town, especially for its summer festival (free shows and concerts), this quiet and central house is an exception. On this very preserved part of the Ria Formosa, the long sandy beaches, partly deserted, offer warmer water than elsewhere.
No car need, also to go to the beach.
