Contact the ownerEn tant que professeur de chirurgie plastique, j’ai dirigé un cabinet de chirurgie plastique avec ma femme à Hambourg pendant plusieurs décennies. Après avoir terminé ma carrière professionnelle, nous avons réalisé un rêve commun. Notre rêve était de vivre sur la côte méditerranéenne française sur la Côte d’Azur. Dans cette belle région au climat merveilleux, nous avons souhaité que d’autres personnes y participent également. Nous avons également réalisé ce souhait et vous proposons nos maisons de vacances près de la mer. Sur le plan linguistique, nous sommes flexibles car nous parlons allemand, anglais, français et tchèque.

Exclusive vacation villa in south position, only 500 m from the beach, supermarket, water sports center and ferry to St. Tropez.
Situated in a quiet villa area and cul-de-sac.
For the dear four-legged friends plenty of exercise and sniffing opportunities. Joggers will also get their money’s worth.
The living space is 160 m² and is ideal for 2 to 6 people. Homey living area with air conditioning, heating, fireplace, reading corner, books and board games.
Several sitting terraces, brick barbecue, boules, garage and parking for several cars.
The private swimming pool with large sun terrace is exclusively available to our villa guests.
A flat, fully fenced plot of 1,100 m² prevents your dog to go exploring.
In 500 m distance is a large supermarket, so that you can get there already times fast to foot the baguette for breakfast. (Shopping bag on wheels is available).
The nearest beach and a water sports center(for various water sports surfing, diving, rowing, water skiing, sailing, backstroke is about 500 m away. Likewise, other beaches and shopping facilities are in the village center about 800 m away. There are restaurants, stores, bakery, newspaper store, post office, gas station, pharmacy, supermarket, cafes, banks, Monday weekly market, tourist office, thalassotherapy hotel and a regular boat connection to St. Tropez in the high season.
In the season from 1.4. to 1.11. arrival is possible only on Saturday.
