Just a short drive away, approximately 5 minutes, in Tremezzo is the beautiful Villa Carlotta, known for its stunning gardens and art collection. You can also enjoy a leisurely stroll along the picturesque lakefront promenade in Parco Civico Teresio Olivelli, just 2 minutes away. The charming town of Menaggio is a short drive of about 10 minutes, where you'll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes. If you're interested in exploring the region further, you can easily access nearby towns such as Bellagio, Varenna, and Como by car or ferry, with travel times ranging from 10 to 30 minutes. The services and local amenities of Mezzegra are complemented by the lakeside restaurants, sandy beach Lido and Villa Balbianello attraction of neighbouring Lenno, whilst in the opposite direction, the restaurants, bars, lidos, ferry links and Villa Carlotta attraction of Tremezzina provide equally enticing distractions.
In 60 minutes you can also reach the beautiful Swiss town of Lugano and in 90 minutes you can reach the heart of Milan and the Linate and Malpensa Airports from here. Meanwhile, Lenno train station is just a 4-minute walk from here. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2024 to the 30th of September 2024
