If your passion is cycling or long walks, you're in front of the promenade that links La Pineda, Salou and Montroig, passing through Vilafortuny and Cambrils. Over 10 km of cycle paths and pedestrian walkways to enjoy the Costa Dorada.
Close to a wide variety of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pharmacies. Located 10 minutes by car from the Port Aventura theme park and Ferrari Land, and 10 minutes from Reus airport. Less than 15 minutes away is Tarragona, a Roman city classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, or less than 40 minutes away is the Priorat region, one of the world's most famous wine-growing areas. And don't forget that Barcelona is less than 100 km by road or 1 hour by public transport.
The apartment comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. A full bathroom, separate laundry room and kitchen open onto the dining room with direct access to the terrace and beach view. The apartment building has a shared shower at street level, ideal for washing off the sand after a day at the beach.
The apartment is fully renovated and includes all the services and safety measures you need to enjoy your stay as if it were your own home. It has a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, washer-dryer and water heater. Equipped with a heat pump/air-conditioning system, it's ideal for both summer and winter, for short or long stays, and whether you're on vacation or teleworking, as it has all the necessary elements for this, including a free Wi-Fi internet connection. . An iron and ironing board are also available in case you need them. Just ask before you arrive.

1st floor. We are available to answer any questions you may have to help you enjoy your stay.
2nd. The apartment is rented with free linen and towels.
3rd. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm).
Check-in time: from 4:00 p.m. (if a guest is leaving on that day, otherwise from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 5:00 pm may incur additional charges.
Check-out time: no later than 11am.
4th. On departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests may not leave garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of customers and to sign the contract.
7th. The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach by pre-authorization of the card.
8º The tourist tax (1 € per person per day, max 7 days) will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry into the apartment.
9º WIFI IS FREE.
