We have this charming loft for rent in a former printing works, nestling in the heart of old Dinan, in the historic district. With a surface area of 120 m², it can accommodate up to 8 travellers. Accessed via a staircase in a courtyard, it comprises a pretty 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 110 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you !

The property is ideally located in the heart of the historic district, in a very pleasant and peaceful environment, while still benefiting from the attractions of the town centre. The former printing works has been converted into an atypical loft in an exceptional location in the heart of the medieval town, in the famous Rue de l'Horloge, just a stone's throw from the Théâtre des Jacobins. - Our Loft has an outbuilding, the Cosy Lodge, which can accommodate up to 4 additional people in a living space of 30 m². This accommodation can be rented with the Loft or separately, with 2 independent entrances, and the gardens of the two units can be separated by a sliding fence.
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Book&Pay team (ad management and reservations service) and Beau Temps Belle Mer (concierge / housekeeping service).
