In Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande, we offer this charming 135 m² bourgeois house for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers.
It features an attractive 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower), all with vintage and sustainable furniture.
You'll also enjoy a 500 m² west-facing garden planted with cherry, apple, pear and plum trees. The owners have decided to encourage local biodiversity and provide a haven for various species of plants and insects by not mowing the lawn. This environmentally-friendly approach helps preserve the ecological balance of our outdoor space.
The home is composed as follows:

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby on rue de Nantes (at a charge) or at the free Piscine de Brequiny parking lot 300 meters away.
