In Rennes, we offer you this charming, brand-new duplex apartment for rent, delivered in 2023 with wifi (fiber optics). It has a surface area of 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers.

Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 17 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor, and a bathroom (with shower).
Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
