Exclusive use property
Gracious 110 m2 exclusive-use bungalow with swimming pool, capable of accommodating 5 people with 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an additional single bed, and each with en-suite bathroom with shower. Guests have access to a panoramic, fully-equipped covered terrace, large private garden, partially-buried swimming pool, table tennis, large lawn with volleyball net, air conditioning throughout the house, window screens, internet connection, cot and high chair. Parking.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
A beautiful, partially fenced garden of approx. 1000 m2, well maintained and equipped, extends around the house. In the lawn area next to the house is the partially in-ground swimming pool, measuring 9x4 with a depth of 1.35 meters; it is reserved for guests. Around the pool lies the solarium area with 2 sunshades, sunbeds and external shower, while on the lawn side guests will find the stone barbecue. On the lawn side there's table tennis and a volleyball net. There's also a panoramic, fully-equipped terrace with a table for al fresco dining. Parking is available on the property.
Interiors
The pavilion is laid out on a single floor. On the first floor there's a spacious living room with fireplace and dining area with access to the terrace for al fresco dining, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, one with an additional single bed, air-conditioning and bathroom with shower. The entire house is equipped with underfloor air conditioning and mosquito nets. Under the loggia in an external room is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a bathroom with shower.
Location
The pavilion is situated on the hills overlooking the Versilia plain, renowned for its coastline rich in seaside resorts and famous centers such as Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta and Torre del Lago, beloved of Maestro Puccini, where summer concerts are held. Situated just 3 km from Camaiore, the structure enjoys a beautiful view over the valley and surrounding hills covered with olive groves and woods. The accommodation is the perfect choice for families wishing to alternate countryside and beaches, with visits to the towns of Lucca or other centers in this part of Tuscany.

The bungalow is equipped with Wi fi internet connection, underfloor hot/cold air conditioning, mosquito nets throughout the house, cot and high chair.

Included in the price: linen for bathroom, bed and kitchen (with weekly change), water, gas and electricity (excluding car recharging), Wi fi internet connection. Housekeepers, cooks and cooking classes are available on request and payable on site.
Important information
The swimming pool is open from 15/4 to 30/10. The lodge can be reached via a 400-meter, slightly uphill, white road. Three times a week, after 6 p.m., an attendant will come to clean and check the garden and pool. Electricity for recharging electric vehicles must be paid for on site, according to actual consumption. The owner has a cat that roams freely around the property.
Activities and distances
The lodge is located on the outskirts of Camaiore, an important center in the Versilia hinterland. The beaches of Lido di Camaiore are 15 minutes away by car (10 km). Forte dei Marmi, with its famous establishments, stores, restaurants, golf and horse-riding, is within easy reach. Worth a visit are Lucca and Pisa with its famous Leaning Tower.
