Location Vacances à Sète : In a residence with tennis court, spacious 47m² T2 apartment with mezzanine, 8m² terrace with magnificent sea views. It faces south. Located on the 4th and top floor with elevator. Beaches are 50m away and shops 300m. On the first level (air-conditioned) you'll find a living room with sofa bed for 2, table and chairs, flat-screen TV, separate kitchen (with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, mini-oven, washing machine), toilet. On the second level, there's a mezzanine with 2 pull-out beds (90cm), a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) for 2 people and storage space, and a shower room (shower, washbasin). The apartment has WiFi. Shared parking in the residence. Pets not allowed. Late check-in possible: 50€ (details on request.)
