We offer this charming 43 m² apartment with wifi for rent in Rennes, France, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the first floor of an 18-unit building combining the charm of the old with the comfort of the new, it comprises a main entrance with large closet, an attractive 43 m² living room facing south-east and bathed in light, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a beautiful bedroom with Queen-Size bed and desk, and a bathroom (with walk-in shower and toilet).
A shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available on the first floor of the building.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
