SUMMARY:
Very quiet and comfortable 3-bedroom apartment located in one of the city's most famous neighborhoods, the Jewish Quarter. It is fully equipped and ideal for your visit to Seville, as it is very close to the city's most important monuments. Its PRIVATE TERRACE from which you can see the Giralda, makes it unique for our guests, and having a garage located in the same building and included in the price, makes it perfect for those visiting us by car (see parking conditions) . It's an ideal apartment for families and for Digital Nomads.
SPACE:
The apartment is located on the second floor of an 8-apartment building. The house faces a bright and quiet modern patio. Our apartment is spread over 3 floors linked by an internal staircase. On the first floor are the living room, kitchen and dining room, on the second floor the master bedroom, second bedroom and bathroom, and on the third floor the third bedroom and private terrace. This terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. The third bedroom can be converted into an office next to the private terrace to delight Digital Nomads: work next to a private terrace overlooking the Giralda de Sevilla.
All rooms have windows to the outside and systems to darken the room. They also have air conditioning and heating. The bedrooms on the second floor have wardrobes, and the room next to the terrace has a large chest of drawers and clothes hangers.
The terrace is about 16 square meters and is equipped with a set of terrace armchairs with a table. It has an awning and we recently installed artificial grass. It's a great place to enjoy the warm Seville nights with a glass of wine.
All the beds are high quality and large (150 x 200 cm for the double bed and 90 x 200 for the other single beds). The sheets and towels we leave in the apartment are of the highest quality.
On the access floor is the living room with TV, sofas and an armchair for sharing the day's experiences with family and friends. The dining table is extendable and we have extra chairs for bookings of more than 4 people.
The kitchen is equipped with hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. We have equipped the kitchen with all the utensils needed to prepare food for 6 people. The kitchen utensils are also sufficient for 6 people. Small appliances such as toasters, kettles, irons, etc. are also available in the kitchen.
The garage is in the basement of the building, making it very comfortable. The space is suitable for medium-sized cars, being difficult to access and exit the parking lot for large cars mainly due to the narrowness of the access roads to the parking lot (it's a small drawback that it has to be in the Jewish Quarter area in the old part of the city, close to the monuments, but with narrow streets). In any case, if you follow our instructions and our help, you'll have no problem using the parking lot. In the advert you have a photo of the space with my car parked (Citroën C4 7 spaces) so you can get an idea of its dimensions.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS:
This is a modern Seville building organized around a bright central courtyard. From the patio, there is direct access to the apartment via a staircase and footbridge to the second floor (there is no elevator). From this patio, we can directly access the garage located in the basement, where we have a garage space available for our customers. The building is located on a very quiet street in Seville.
The parking lot is located in the basement of the same building as the apartment. It's a private parking lot for the owners of the houses in the building, so it's safe and comfortable if you're traveling by car through Andalusia.
The parking lot, which is included in the price of the booking, is ideal for small and medium-sized cars. For larger cars (SUVs, VANS, etc.), we recommend checking before booking. Access streets are narrow, as we're in the Jewish quarter of the historic center. Very close to monuments, but with narrow streets.
PARKING CONDITIONS:
The parking lot is in the basement of the building and is accessible via narrow streets. If you are finally unable to park in the parking lot for any reason (size of vehicle, not comfortable with garage dimensions or access, etc.) you will not be entitled to any compensation. Non-use of the garage does not entitle you to a reduction in the apartment rental price.
ATTENTION GUESTS:
We will welcome you on arrival and explain how the apartment works, provide you with two full sets of keys, help you park your car and tell you many secrets about our wonderful city of Seville.
Arrival time is between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. For arrivals before 3:00 pm, we cannot guarantee that the apartment is free and ready. Please contact us for further information. We will do our best to facilitate your arrival before 3:00 pm. It is also possible to arrive after 10:00 pm, but for arrivals after 10:00 pm, a late check-in fee of €20.00 will be charged on arrival.
We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. That's why we're going to ask you 2 favors.
1 - If you have a problem with the operation of any of the equipment in the apartment or building, please let us know as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good rating.
2.- If you have a problem in the city, if you have questions about how to get something, advice about the city, etc. we ask you to let us know. We'll be happy to help.
I will be available by sms, wattsapp, email or phone during your stay. I live 20 minutes from the apartment, so if needed, I can be in the apartment in no time.
OTHER HIGHLIGHTS:
The house is located in an area of the oldest city. As a result, the streets can become narrow. All you have to do is be patient.
We have 6 house rules:
1. no smoking in the apartment and no pets. If you need to smoke, do so on the terrace or in the street, but never in the common areas of the building.
2. Respect the rest of our neighbors. Let's help maintain harmony in the building. Parties and noise during quiet hours (11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.) are strictly forbidden.
3. Before leaving, please use the dishwasher to clean all utensils and kitchenware. We have left dishwasher tablets under the kitchen sink.
4. Deposit the garbage you have generated in the street containers before leaving on the day of departure. We'll let you know where the nearest container is.
5. Make rational use of air conditioning. Use it only when you're at home and turn it off when you leave the apartment to visit the city. Not only will we help the environment, but the equipment will work better when you really need it.
6. The community prohibits hanging clothes in common areas and windows of the house. If you do laundry, please store it on the terrace or inside the apartment.
With the clear intention of complying with our tax obligations and in accordance with decree 28/2016 of February 2, relating to accommodation for tourist purposes, we must sign a rental contract that includes the conditions of your stay (price, arrival and departure times, days of stay, cancellation conditions, etc.). All conditions correspond to the house rules and other specifications included in this advertisement. Likewise, the contract specifies the rights and obligations of the owner and guests in accordance with tourist regulations.
If you need us to issue an invoice for your stay, simply indicate the tax information for which we need to issue the invoice and we will deliver it to you upon reception at the apartment.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located in Seville's monumental quarter, within the confines of the city's old Jewish quarter. Very close to the Casa Pilatos palace and within walking distance of the Plaza de la Alfalfa, El Salvador church, Seville Cathedral, City Hall and the Royal Alcazar.
The most popular leisure areas are the famous "Carbonería", a bar with lots of Sevillian flavor where you can coincide with flamenco singing, the Arabic baths of Calle Aire, where you can enjoy relaxing baths and massages, the bars and restaurants of the Alfalfa Square and the Fish Market Square, some cocktail bars nearby. You'll never be bored.
Plaza de la Alfalfa is the ideal place for breakfast, as you'll find all kinds of breakfasts, from typical ham toast, coffee and natural orange juice, to chocolate churros, pastries and English breakfasts.
There are a few supermarkets and stores around the apartment where you can buy supplies for the apartment.
ADDRESSES
If you want to get around the city's monumental area, you'll need to do so on foot, as most of the streets in the city center are not accessible to vehicles. You can also use the public bicycles. From the airport, there are two ways to get to the apartment. The first is by bus. If you plan to take this option (the cheapest but the one that will take you the longest), you need to take the bus from the airport to the Santa Justa train station. There's only one airport bus, called EA, which stops just outside the arrivals area. The frequency is 23 minutes and it runs from 4.30 a.m. to 0.00 a.m. The fare is €4.00 per person per trip and the journey takes around 15-20 minutes to Santa Justa. Tickets can be purchased on the same bus.
At Santa Justa station, you should get off and look for bus stop number 21, which is about 100 meters away on the other side of the station. Take bus number 21 in the direction of Prado de San Sebastián. The fare is €1.40 per person. The bus driver can buy the ticket for you. Get off at the stop on Calle Menéndez Pelayo in front of number 55 and walk for about 3 minutes along Calle Estella / Calle Conde de Ibarra to Calle Lirio.
The second (more expensive but more comfortable) way to get from the airport to the apartment is by cab. There is a set fare from the airport to any point in Seville (Monday to Friday €22.00, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays €24.5). They may charge extra for suitcases although this is not usual).
We have recently concluded an agreement with a transfer company to offer a shuttle service from the airport. The driver would wait at the arrivals gate at Seville airport with a sign with your name on it and take you straight to the apartment. He knows what the apartment is and will let us know when you arrive so that we can be waiting for you at the apartment door. All we need to know is the flight number, landing time and the first and last name of each of you. The price of the service is similar to taking a cab in the airport queue (€30 for a 4-passenger transfer and €60.00 for a minibus transfer for up to 6 passengers) but a little more comfortable. If you like, I can book it for you.
