SUMMARY: PARKING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. The apartment is in a very quiet, bright Sevillian house. Its location in a quiet area of the city's monumental quarter makes this apartment an ideal place to visit the city and also to relax.
ACCOMMODATION:Our apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed (1.50mx1.90m) and the second bedroom has two single beds measuring 0.80mx 1.90m. Both bedrooms have a closet where you can leave your clothes. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge and microwave with grill. The kitchen has space for a dining table. The living room has a comfortable sofa, table and TV, where you can relax in peace. The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS:This is a Sevillian house organized around a patio with a fountain, with a distribution gallery. It has an elevator to the second floor, where the apartment is located. On the roof there are clotheslines where you can hang your clothes[hidden] parking for our guests is in the building opposite our apartment (5 meters away). It's in a private building, so it's safe and comfortable.
ATTENTION GUESTS

We'll welcome you on arrival and explain how the apartment works, provide you with two full sets of keys, help you park the car and tell you lots of secrets about our wonderful city of Seville.
As important information about the parking lot, please inform them that it is located in one of the typical streets of Muslim Andalusian Seville. These types of streets are narrow and difficult to navigate for those who are not used to them. If you are coming by car, we recommend that you bring a small car. When you arrive, we'll give you advice on how to make parking as easy as possible.
Arrival time is between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm. For arrivals before 3:00 pm, we cannot guarantee that the apartment is free and ready. Please consult us. We will do our best to facilitate your arrival before 3:00 pm. It is also possible to arrive after 9:00 pm, although for arrivals after 9:00 pm a late check-in fee of €40.00 will be applied, to be paid in cash on arrival.
We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. For this reason we are going to ask you 2 favors.
1 - If you have a problem with the operation of anything in the apartment or building, please let us know as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good review.
2.- If you have a problem in the city, if you have questions about how to get something, advice about the city, etc., we ask you to let us know. We'll be happy to help.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in Seville's monumental quarter, within the confines of the city's old Jewish quarter. Very close to the Casa Pilatos palace and within walking distance of the Plaza de la Alfalfa, El Salvador church, Seville cathedral, city hall and the Reales Alcázares.

The most notable leisure areas are the famous 'Carbonería', a bar with plenty of Sevillian flavor where you can coincide with flamenco singing, the Arabic baths of Calle Aire, where you can enjoy relaxing baths and massages, the bars and restaurants of Plaza de Alfalfa and Plaza de la Pescadería, some cocktail bars nearby. You'll never be bored.

There are supermarkets and stores around the apartment where you can buy supplies for the apartment.

ADDRESSES
If you want to get around the city's monumental area, you'll have to do so on foot, as most of the streets in the city center are not accessible to vehicles. You can also use the public bicycles.
From the airport, there are two ways to get to the apartment. The first is by bus. If you choose this option (the cheapest but the one that will take you the longest), you have to take the bus from the airport to the Santa Justa train station. There's only one bus from the airport, called EA, which stops just outside the arrivals area. It runs every 23 minutes from 4.30am to 12am. The fare is €4.00 per person per trip, and the journey takes around 15-20 minutes to Santa Justa. Tickets can be purchased on the bus itself.
At Santa Justa station, get off and look for bus stop number 21, which is about 100 meters away on the other side of the station. Take bus number 21 in the direction of Prado de San Sebastián. The fare is €1.40 per person. Tickets can be purchased from the bus driver. Get off at the stop on Calle Menéndez Pelayo in front of number 55 and walk for about 3 minutes along Calle Estella / Calle Conde de Ibarra to Calle Lirio.
The second (more expensive but more comfortable) way to get from the airport to the apartment is by cab. There is a set fare from the airport to any point in Seville (Monday to Friday €22.00, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays €24.5). They may charge extra for suitcases, although this is not usual).
We have recently signed an agreement with a transfer company to offer an airport pick-up service. The driver will be waiting for you at the arrival gate at Seville airport with a sign with your name on it and will take you directly to the apartment. He knows which apartment it is and will let us know when you arrive so that we can wait at the apartment door. All we need to know is the flight number, the time of landing and the full name of each of you. The price of the service is similar to that of an online cab at the airport (€30 for a transfer for 4 passengers and €60.00 for a minibus transfer for up to 6 passengers) but a little more comfortable. If you wish, I can book it for you.

OTHER OUTSTANDING FEATURES
The house is located in an area of the oldest town. For this reason, the streets can become narrow. All you have to do is be patient.
In the house, we have 6 house rules:
No smoking in the apartment and no pets. If you need to smoke, do it on the terrace or in the street, but never in the common areas of the building.Respect the rest of our neighbors. Let's help maintain harmony in the building. Parties and noise during quiet hours (11:00 pm to 9:00 am and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm) are totally forbiddenBefore you leave, use the dishwasher to clean all utensils and kitchenware. We have left dishwasher tablets under the kitchen sink.Deposit the garbage you have generated in the street containers before leaving on the day of departure. We will inform you of the location of the nearest container.Make rational use of the air conditioning. Use it only when you're at home and turn it off when you leave the apartment to visit the city. Not only will we help the environment, but the equipment will work better when you really have some [hidden] community forbidden to hang clothes in common areas and windows of the house. If you do laundry, we ask you to store it on the terrace or inside the apartment.With the clear intention of respecting our tax obligations and in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of February 2 on tourist accommodation, we must sign a rental contract that includes the conditions of your stay (price, entry and exit times, days of stay, cancellation conditions, etc.). All conditions correspond to the house rules and other specifications included in this advert. Likewise, the contract specifies the rights and obligations of the owner and guests in accordance with tourist regulations.
If you need us to issue an invoice for your stay, simply indicate the tax data for which we need to issue the invoice and we'll give it to you when you receive it at the apartment.

This accommodation is professionally distributed. Unless otherwise stated, services such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (indicated in the advert), a supplement may apply.
