- L'attique (70 m²): three bright suites with double beds 160x200. Two have en-suite showers. One has a separate toilet. The third suite has its own bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet.
- First floor (75 m²): The entrance door opens onto the living area, where you'll find a vast lounge with large picture windows, a large balcony and a central fireplace anchored in a stone wall. A large kitchen opens onto the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped. A guest WC and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer are also on this level - On the ground floor (70 m²): Two spacious suites with double beds 160x200 and a children's suite. The first has a bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet. The second has a shower room and separate WC. The children's suite, ideal for 4 young people, has 2 bunk beds (80x200) and its own shower room.
Each bedroom and living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. Wifi internet access is available. The apartment is non-smoking.
A 400m² common floor is accessible exclusively to the occupants of the 5 apartments in the residence: gym, luxury indoor heated pool and stainless steel SPA.
