Chalet ARKOR, Avoriaz
Magnificent individual chalet renovated in 2021 using noble materials such as wood and stone. It has a capacity of 12 people and a surface area of over 200 m² spread over 4 levels.
R-1: Access is via an outside staircase to the ski room at the entrance to the chalet. This floor features a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a sauna, a guest toilet and the "boite à copains", a convivial TV area with a large sofa. A first suite with a 160x200 cm bed and en-suite shower room completes the floor.
Ground floor: This floor is dedicated to the sleeping area. It comprises a suite with a 180x200 cm bed and en-suite shower room, 1 suite with a 160x200 cm bed and en-suite shower room, 1 suite with a 160x200 cm bed and separate bathroom, and 1 children's bedroom with a 90x200 cm bunk bed.
R+1: the first floor is a very spacious living area, comprising a large fitted kitchen (induction hob, hood, oven, American fridge, dishwasher, microwave, wine cellar), a living room, a dining room and a sitting room with a view of the village and the Dromonts ski slope. A fireplace and south-facing terrace complete this cosy, modern setting.
R+2: This top floor is the master suite with a very large dressing room, 1 bedroom with 180x200 cm bed, and a shower room.
