The LE SERAC residence is located at the top of the resort on the Place de Péclet, close to the Péclet shopping center (restaurants, stores, pharmacy...).
Access to the slopes is by crossing the street.

This pleasant, sunny 33 m2 studio cabin is located on the fifth floor with elevator, and has a south/west-facing veranda.
It has a pull-out bed in the living room, a single bed in the hallway and two bunk beds in the sleeping area.
The kitchen includes hob, fridge, oven and dishwasher.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
