Air-conditioned terraced villa located in the centre of Sperlonga, only 100 metres from the sandy beach stretching towards the Circeo. Just renovated by the owner who with great taste and attention has created a relaxing and modern environment with every comfort.
The house is located in a quiet residential park of terraced houses and has two floors. The strategic position of the house allows you to have all the services you need for a relaxing holiday at your disposal: beach only 5 minutes walk from the house, cycle path, restaurants, bars, supermarket and bus service at 300 m from Fondi station. It is an ideal accommodation for those who love tranquillity and the convenience of fully experiencing the town centre without ever having to resort to a car.
Description: Accommodation for up to 7 people. The accommodation of approx. 100 sqm is composed on the ground floor of a living room with sofa and Smart Tv, bathroom with shower, kitchen equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, wine cellar, exit to the patio with table, chairs and barbecue. On the first floor is the sleeping area with three double bedrooms, one of which has an extra bed and one with an en-suite bathroom. There are two balconies and a patio on the ground floor equipped with a sofa and sun loungers under a pleasant pergola with an automatic awning. Inside the park the house has 2 parking spaces with electric vehicle charging station.
Possibility of using 2 electric bicycles on request. Small pets are allowed on request. Consumption included in the price up to kw 125, excesses will be charged separately.
