This new modern flat is located in Oasis Beach XIV El Raso (Guardamar). It is furnished with a spacious living room with 6 dining chairs a round table (extendable), 65' inch IPTV with all channels around the world, Wifi and Sonos box and to finish it off coloured LED strip in ceiling are also part of this.
The open kitchen has all the necessary appliances such as an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a Tefal kettle. There are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms with rain shower and toilet facility and all rooms have mirrors up to the ceiling.
Outside, the apartment has a 6-person garden set, a ceiling fan with lighting, 2 beautiful olive trees and a Gardena outdoor tap.
In the central room there is a washing machine and a dryer with a pantry.
Oasis Beach XIV offers you green surroundings with palm trees, 2 outdoor pools, spa with sauna and whirlpool (closed from 1 June to 30 September), fitness, playground, mini-golf, table tennis.
There may possibly be a camera system in the home. During rental, the camera system is locked down. This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or physically covering the cameras.
The cleaning supplement includes linen, as well as 24/7 service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out.
Rental rates quoted include energy costs, unless more than 80 kWh per week of electricity is consumed. Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh.
