Luxurious Villa Gabrijela Ka?telir is located in the picturesque and medieval town of Ka?telir, surrounded by nature and peaceful atmosphere, very close to the Istrian coast and beaches. The villa is a work of the famous Croatian architect Ante Vrban. With its 400 m2, Villa Gabrijela can accommodate 10 people in 5 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor, equipped with king size beds, TV, walk-in closet and 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor, from which you have a magnificent sea view and access to the pool and garden via separate stairs. There are 4 walk-in bathrooms, one on the first floor and 3 upstairs. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, as well as a luxuriously furnished living room divided into a lounge area with corner furniture and armchairs and a beautiful bar with wine cabinet, perfect for evening gatherings. In the garden there is a beautiful mosaic pool (11 x 6 m) surrounded by sun loungers and fully enclosed with a fence and greenery. As an additional offer, guests of the villa can enjoy a party with table tennis and PlayStation 4. The town of Ka?telir is a place known for film festivals, music and gastronomic offers, especially for its truffles and wines. The place is surrounded by nature, olive trees and vineyards, yet it is only 7 kilometers away from the coast and beautiful sandy beaches. If you are a lover of nature and local products and love an active vacation, Villa Gabrijela is the right choice for you. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, payable locally.
