Modern Villa Terra Bianca is located in the picturesque village of Verteneglio in the northwest of the enchantingly beautiful Istrian peninsula. Here you have the opportunity to enjoy the beauties of rural Istria, endless olive groves and vineyards, while the proximity of Novigrad, Rovinj and Pore? guarantees an unforgettable vacation. Villa Terra Bianca has 4 spacious bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds and two with two single beds that can be combined into a double bed. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has satellite TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower at ground level. The open-space concept makes the villa extremely comfortable to spend time with friends and family. At your disposal are a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a nice, airy living room. The interior of the villa is full of interesting details that contribute to the relaxed atmosphere of the whole space. The 2000 m2 garden has a beautiful swimming pool (40 m2) where you can refresh yourself, while 10 comfortable sun loungers are at your disposal for sunbathing. On warm summer evenings, enjoy preparing meals on the outdoor gas grill or relax in the sauna or jacuzzi. The villa's entertainment facilities include 4 bicycles, table tennis equipment and a children's playground for the youngest guests. A total of 5 private parking spaces are at your disposal.
