The newly built and luxurious villa is 240 m2 and offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 guests. It has 4 comfortably furnished bedrooms, including 4 private bathrooms with showers. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, the fourth on the first floor. If you need an extra bed, you can use 2 extra beds (90x200) by prior arrangement. Fully air-conditioned Villa Lara offers everything you need to create your dream vacation according to your expectations. The modern kitchen and dining room with table for 8 people is a place where you can prepare and enjoy delicious meals, and in the spacious living room, which consists of a corner set, coffee table and TV, you can relax with your family or watch your favorite movies and series. On the terrace there is a 60 m² pool with separate hydro-massage area and area for children. Next to it there are 8 sun loungers where you can spend relaxing afternoons. Active evenings are also spent on the terrace, where you can use the outdoor grill with gas, coal or wood, as well as an outdoor dining table with 8 seats. Villa Lara offers 3 parking spaces in the yard and the same number outside. Children will be delighted by the villa's entertainment facilities, including digital TV, books, HI-FI, children's playroom, darts, badminton, bicycles and an open garden. Interesting local activities include wine tours, botanical garden, water sports, bike rental, olive oil tours, hiking and a visit to the nature park Lake Vrana, recognizable by its Mediterranean climate and one of the largest wetlands at the same time time time a refuge and winter sports resort.
