The luxury villa Silente is located in Istria, in the small stone town of Bale. This place bears the title of one of the most beautiful jewels of Istria and is located on the west coast of Istria. Istria is a well-known tourist destination for domestic and foreign guests who have decided to spend a wonderful vacation in peace and quiet while exploring historical sights and natural beauties. If you want to treat yourself and your family to an unforgettable vacation, now is the time! Villa Silente will delight you at first sight thanks to its wonderful contemporary architectural style. It was built in 2023 and offers a living area of 200 m2. The total area of the property is 874 m2. It is 7.7 km to the clean Adriatic Sea, which is not far as you are sure to arrive by car. You should not miss a visit to the stone beach of Colone, where you will have as much fun as your heart desires in your favorite company. The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. It has two beautifully furnished bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200). The villa also has two bathrooms with shower cubicles. The living room is really something special, it contains a sofa, a coffee table and a TV. There is also a romantic fireplace and right next to the living room there is a direct exit to the outdoor terrace with seating. You will certainly spend the morning hours there drinking coffee and reading your favorite book. A dining room with dining table and a modern and fully equipped kitchen are just part of the luxury that awaits you! The outdoor terrace offers the best: refreshment on hot summer days in a heated pool of 27 m² and 1.4 meters deep. There are 4 sun loungers on the lawn for you to rest and relax. You can use a barbecue, a washing machine and an iron. A high chair and a baby crib are available for children. Additional services offered by prior arrangement and for a fee are: Cook, babysitter, cleaner, gardener, transfer from the airport and private excursions. This historic stone town is situated on a hill and is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The picturesque Istrian medieval town is only 13 kilometers from Rovinj and 20 kilometers from Pula.
