The magical Villa Carlotta is located on the fairy-tale and picturesque hill of Vižinada, in the western inner part of Istria.
Just like the ballerina Carlotta Grisi after whom the villa is named, this modern villa exudes simplicity and grace and provides you with maximum relaxation and rest for you and your loved ones. Relax and dance into the most beautiful memories and stories created for you by this unique villa.
The villa is located on a total area of 875 m2, and the area of the accommodation unit is 225 m2.
With its accommodation capacity Villa Carlotta can accommodate 8 people in 4 modernly equipped and fully air-conditioned rooms.
All rooms are located on the upper floor of the villa and are equipped with ensuite bathrooms with showers. In the additional room on the upper floor there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
On the ground floor of the villa is a large kitchen with a modern island that dominates the room and allows you to prepare the best delicacies for your loved ones.
Within the kitchen there is a dining table with 8 seats, which is followed by a living room that with its spaciousness offers maximum relaxation on pleasant afternoons.
For a complete escape from reality there is also a small oasis of peace, a spa area with a hot tub, a shower and a Finnish bath. An ideal place to relax and recharge your energy for the upcoming return to everyday life.
In the spacious yard of the villa there is a swimming pool of 44 m2 with a hydromassage bench that has an additional heating option.
For all lovers of fresh air and food consumption in the open air, there is a covered summer kitchen with a barbecue.
The yard is completely fenced with a fence over 1.5 m high and provides 4 parking spaces inside the yard.
This impressive villa with its location provides peace, but at the same time rich content for all eager activities and entertainment. Thus, Villa Carlotta is located only 400 m away from the most beautiful bike path - Parenzana.
