Les Grands rossignols is "Les Rossignols", a 3-star villa for 10 people (sleeps 12) and an independent apartment on the 1st floor sleeping 4 to 8 more. The villa is detached and located in a quiet residential area. The cycle path is just 100 m away. This will take you to the banks of the Courant at 200 m and its sports course, to the forest at 200 m, to the Mimizan tennis club, and of course to Mimizan's supervised beaches and shops at 2.0 km.
Family home surrounded by its garden (>900m2) comprises:
on the ground floor
- a dining room seating 12, with the fully-equipped kitchen adjoining,
- a lounge adjoining the dining room with TV, 2 sofas and armchairs.

The house has 2 large terraces:
- a large shaded terrace facing west. It overlooks the garden and its gravel driveway. The garden, watered every 2 days, is lush and flowery, but is also a play area. The gravel driveway is ideal for barbecues and pétanque.
- a 2nd sheltered, east-facing terrace adjoining the kitchen lets you enjoy the sunrises, ideal for breakfasts.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal

For sleeping, Les Rossignols offers 5 bedrooms

- the "Les mouettes" room: (facing east) 3 beds 90x190, one of which is a bunk bed
- bedroom "Les Cormorans" (south-facing): 1 King-Zize bed (180x190) (or 2x90) + 1 90x 190
- the "La Garluche" bedroom (south-facing): master bedroom with 1 160x190 bed and en-suite shower room (Italian shower) + WC, which can communicate with the "Les Ailes" bedroom.
These 4 bedrooms are served by a corridor leading to an independent WC, an independent bathroom (with 2 basins, a bath and a WC).
And last but not least, the "Les Ailes" bedroom (west-facing) with 1 bed 160x190 and an en-suite shower room + WC shared with the "La Garluche" bedroom.
In the 1st floor apartment, "En Haut" :

Rentals are generally on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.
Long weekends are also available on request.
Your hosts will welcome you from 4pm (suitcases and food can be dropped off before 4pm). At the end of your stay, you must leave the premises at 10am.
