This beautiful, typical Istrian stone house is located in a small village near Vi?njan. The house has been recently renovated and refurnished and is an ideal place for a vacation from everyday stress. The interior is modern with matching, refreshing colors. The vacation home has a fenced yard, which is ideal for children, and a swimming pool, which children will also love. Next to the outdoor swimming pool is a covered terrace with a barbecue where you can prepare a range of meat and fish specialties. The house itself is very spacious, the first floor has a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and a bedroom with a directly accessible bathroom. On the second floor there are three more bedrooms with bathrooms, each decorated in a different color. The house is fully air-conditioned, internet access is available to our guests.Villa Jona is located in a small village near Vi?njan. Vi?njan is a small town in central Istria. Central Istria is known for small, picturesque, medieval towns that are irresistibly reminiscent of Tuscany or Provence. Vi?njan is situated on the top of a hill. It is surrounded by forests and is 10 km northeast of Pore? In Vi?njan you can find restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bank, pharmacy, ambulance and post office. In the surroundings of Vi?njan you can eat in traditional Istrian taverns and taste typical Istrian specialties as well as the best wines from the region Malvasia and Teran. Vi?njan is a place of special interest for astronomy lovers because of its internationally renowned astronomical observatory. During your stay in Istria, visit the Euphrasian Basilica (Unesco cultural heritage) in the old town of Pore? (18 km) or drive to the first beach to enjoy it.
