Villa Stefanja is a beautiful modern villa in a small village Galizana near Fazana. This villa will delight you at first sight with its location. Surrounded by greenery in a quiet area, this villa offers you the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Even the exterior of the villa reveals a modern style in which the interior is furnished. Inside the villa you will find a spacious living room from which you enter the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, where the room delights with its beautiful combination of colors. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom and access to a lovely terrace with garden furniture that leads you to the pool. If you go up the stairs to the second floor, you will find 4 bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom, while the other bathroom is located in the hallway. For all lovers of art and culture, the nearby town of Vodnjan is the perfect destination full of historical sights. Not far from Galizana, it is also worth visiting the small picturesque fishing village of Fazana, which offers many activities and beautiful beaches. For those who want to take a walk in the bigger cities, not far from Galizana are the beautiful Rovinj and the unavoidable Pula.
