Kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with shower are located on the first floor. On the second floor there are also 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. The swimming pool area extends over 2000m2 of lawn and is equipped with 10 sun loungers.
For the safety of children, the garden is surrounded by a hedge and a natural stone fence. The garden also has a barbecue area with a dining table and stone oven, which is ideal for baking bread or preparing traditional dishes. There is also a children's playground, table tennis and parking for 3 cars. Villa Anita is fully air-conditioned and equipped with digital satellite TV and wireless internet. For the more adventurous, the adrenaline park Barban and the quad adventure club are only a few kilometers away from Villa Anita.This beautiful vacation home is located in the small village of Hrboki, on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. The location of the villa offers a perfect balance of peace and privacy, away from the hustle and bustle and tourist crowds with short distances to all major towns. Pula, the largest city in Istria, only 20 kilometers from the villa, is world famous for its breathtaking Colosseum, an ancient amphitheater built during the 1st century. Besides cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers unique gastro experience, which is well known in this part of Europe.
