This single-storey house comprises a vast living/dining room with a large flat screen connected to a perfectly equipped open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms: 2 doubles (1 bed 160x200 cm), 1 twin (2 beds 90x190 cm) with TV connected in each room, bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, garage (for bikes or motorcycles), table soccer. The enclosed grounds of 1200 m? offer a lovely, unobstructed view of the Champagne plains. Bed linen and towels provided, utilities included. Cot and high chair available on request. Dogs under 15 kg accepted (one maximum) with supplement, no cats.
