This beautiful beachfront villa is ideal for small groups or families traveling together. The villa has a private pool right on the shore of the sea where you can enjoy Dalmatian sun and sea. The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people in 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The rooms are well equipped, combining antique and modern furniture. On the first floor there is a spacious living room and dining area as well as a well-equipped kitchen. You can dine al fresco and enjoy from the beautiful large terrace with barbecue overlooking the pool and the sea.
The villa is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet access. It is fully walled and fenced, so you are just a few steps from the beach for an absolutely relaxing vacation with a breathtaking panoramic sea view.
Very good restaurants, stores, bars are all close by ... yet the villa offers complete privacy with parking for 2 cars.this house is located near the beautiful seaside resort of Zadar. Zadar is an old town in the center of the Croatian Adriatic, full of historical and cultural heritage ... Roman market square from the 1st century, church of St. Donat from the 9th century and the church of St. Marija from 1091 rebuilt in the 16th century, cathedral of St. Stosija from the 12th - 13th century, the parts of the defensive wall of the city's harbor, city gate Porta Terra Ferma from 1543, the tower Bablja, the palace of Venice governor from 1607, in the city buildings from 1562 and etc ... This place offers peace from the location on the edge of the city center. Everything is close by from here - the beach, historical architecture, restaurants, national and nature parks... The villa is only 10 meters from the sea and 500 meters from excellent restaurants. If you are looking for activity, remarkable experiences and rich cultural heritage, Zadar is for you. There are beach clubs, cafes, and after midnight you can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of night bars and discos. Nothing but fun from sunset to sunrise!
