The beautiful Villa Oxalis, named after the type of flower, offers a pleasant vacation for up to 8 people. The open-plan living and dining area and the fully equipped kitchen are located on the first floor. The entire rustic interior with fireplace in the living room gives the open space a cozy and warm atmosphere in which you can only feel at home. Two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet are also located on this floor. A staircase leads you to the other two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. You will notice the loving attention to detail throughout the villa. The outdoor area includes a completely fenced green garden. From the pool, you can enjoy the wonderful view of nature and then relax on the loungers around the pool. On the terrace there is a dining area with a charcoal grill, which invites you to prepare delicious meals. Villa Oxalis is air-conditioned and has internet access and private parking for 4 cars. It offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Istria.Vi?njan is a small town in Istria, 13 kilometers east of Pore? In picturesque Vi?njan there is a world-famous astronomical observatory, which offers long-term international summer programs for young people in the field of astronomy, archeology, marine biology and the like. Vi?njan is also known for its olive growing and is one of the last places where the autochthonous Istrian cattle Bo?karin is kept.
There are cafés, good restaurants and supermarkets in Vi?njan.
In less than an hour's drive you can reach tourist hotspots: Opatija, Rovinj, Pula, Trieste, Koper, Pirate, Portoro?, Umag and Novigrad. All you have to do is decide whether you want to meditate among the olive trees or experience gastronomic highlights and explore the surrounding area.
During your stay in Istria, visit the Euphrasian Basilica (Unesco cultural heritage) in the old town of Pore? or simply enjoy the first beach. With a variety of sports (tennis, beach volleyball, soccer, horse riding, cycling, hiking, water sports) at your disposal, Pore? is an attractive destination.
