Marcel and Dominique welcome you to Sologne, in Ligny le Ribault (45240) in the Communs de Bon Hôtel. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this character property, with its garden planted with oak trees. The gîte is located 21 kilometers south of Orléans, between La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, Chambord, Beaugency, Meung-sur-Loire and Lamotte-Beuvron.
Whether you're hiking, biking, visiting castles or discovering golf courses, you'll be at the center of many possibilities.
The gîte was created and restored in 2021 and combines tradition and modernity. It is independent but located in a property. An insulated wall shared with the Studio gîte (sleeps 2) opens onto the entrance hallway and shower room. Private outdoor spaces dedicated to the Longère. This single-storey gîte has a surface area of 108 m2. It can accommodate 4 people and has 2 bedrooms; the establishment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
A 67 m2 living room with open kitchen. Double exposure east and west, bay window and French window overlooking the garden.
The kitchen is equipped with a central island (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, 4 induction hobs, microwave, hood...).
Living room with table for 6, 2 large pieces of furniture, bookcase, sofa, armchair, coffee table, flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove in large fireplace, René Pierre "Elle" foosball table.
West-facing bedroom, 12.74 m2, with 160*200 bed and shutters, garden view.
North-facing bedroom 13.69 m2 with 2 beds 90*190, roller shutters, toilet with 1 basin, private wc, view of forest and path.
Shower room 5.61 m2 with walk-in shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack.
Separate toilet.
Entrance hall 8.8 m2 with ironing board, steam iron and cleaning equipment.
Electricity and heating are included in the price.
Bed linen is provided and included in the price.
Towel and bath mat rental (€10 per person) and cleaning package for individuals (€63) are optional.
The cleaning package for companies is compulsory: 72€.
