Located in a small village 30 min from Fontainebleau, 15 min from one of France's most "beautiful villages", Yèvres-le-Châtel, the Gîte des Grives welcomes up to 8 guests in a warm, modern decor. ON THE GROUND FLOOR, you'll find a lovely fully-equipped kitchen with a large dining table, opening onto a cosy living room with wood-burning stove (possibility of sleeping on the living room's 140cm sofa bed on request). A bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite bathroom (small bath, vanity unit, WC).
ON THE FIRST FLOOR, accessible only by an outside staircase, you'll find a large bedroom with 3 double beds and a small sitting area. A bathroom and separate toilet are also available on this floor.
OUTSIDE: gated private courtyard for parking. Patio with garden furniture and barbecue (charcoal).
Bed linen, towels and cleaning included.
Deposit 400€.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, cleaning at the end of the stay (excluding crockery and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
